Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

Nenemi (operated by Apphive Inc) helps you plan and share trips. This policy explains what data we use and why. We don't sell your data, show ads or track you across apps.

Your account data

Your name and email. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from them (with Apple's “Hide My Email” we receive a relay address). If you use email and password, your password is stored hashed.

What you add to your trips

Trips, itinerary, stays, flights, expenses, splits between travelers, places and documents. Only the members of each trip can see them.

Automatic payment capture (optional)

Only if you turn it on. On iPhone, the Shortcuts automation sends the amount, merchant and card name of each Wallet payment. On Android, Nenemi only reads notifications from payment apps (Google Wallet, Samsung Wallet) to get the amount, merchant and last 4 digits. We never access your bank or full card details. You can turn it off anytime.

Location

If you allow it, we use your location to show you on the trip map and suggest nearby places. We send it to our server only to search places and don't keep a location history.

Providers that help us

Google (maps, places and sign-in), Apple (sign-in), Vercel (servers) and Neon (database). If you connect Google Calendar, we sync your trip events to it. These providers process data only to deliver their service.

How long we keep data

While you have an account. If you delete it, we delete your account and your trips. In trips shared with other people, your expenses are kept without your name so their balances don't change.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your data in the app, or ask us at support@apphive.io. To delete your account: in the app, Account → Delete account.

Children

Nenemi is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
