Delete your Nenemi account

You can delete your account and data whenever you want.
From the app
Open Nenemi → My trips → Account icon (top right) → Delete account, and confirm.
By email
If you no longer have the app, write to support@apphive.io from your account's email asking for deletion. We do it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account, your sign-in data, the trips you own alone and automatically captured payments.
What is kept
In trips shared with other people, your expenses and splits are kept without your name or email, so others' balances don't change.
